The North American anti-terrorist force Team America attacks a group of terrorist in Paris. Later, the leader of the organization, Spottswoode, invites the famous Broadway actor Gary Johnston to join his world police and work undercover in Cairo in a terrorist organization and disclose their plan of destroying the world. The Team America destroy the cell of terrorists, but then the Panama Canal is attacked by the criminals as a payback. Gary feels responsible for the death of many innocents and leaves the counter-terrorism organization. When the leader of North Korea, Kim Jong II, joins a group of pacifist actors and actresses with the intention of using weapons of massive destruction, the Team America tries to avoid the destruction of the world.

Blue is a young girl navigating the streets of a terrifying, sinister fantasy world all alone. When she meets Emmm, a fellow lost soul, she joins him on a quest for some ice cream. Upon arriving, they realize the ice cream shop has been taken over by dark forces, and the whole city is teeming with evil. Bizarre monsters surround Blue and Emmm on all sides until Rain, a sadistic hero, arrives to rescue them and exterminate the source of the evil.

Yusuke had previously killed the rogue spirit detective, Sensui, and has no idea what laid in his future. He’s uncomfortable with the way things are and has gotten restless. He seeks the advice of his mentor, Genkai, who sends him off to see the world’s first spirit detective, Kouroko. While there, he meets three demons under the rule of Raizen, Yusuke’s ancestor, and decides to go back to Makai. Yusuke soon goes there to challenge Lord Raizen, and while there, learns of the conflict between the ruling lords. In Demon World there are three rulers Raizen, Yomi, and Mukuro. They each have an equal share of land and they rule over different variety of demons. Raizen is the strongest of the three, and Yomi is the newest to obtain power. The whole conflict began over the argument of eating humans. Raizen said that they should stop eating them, while the other two disagreed. This lead to centuries of enmity between them.
